Job Description:
- Generate qualified sales leads and appointments for the business.
- Monitor and track leads sent to sales people.
- Maintain relationships with prospects, gathering key information to assist in the sales process.
- Ensure all lead generation activities are tracked on the database. and events in order to generate leads.
- Allocate leads to salespeople in a timely manner and ensure follow up.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of leads generated through daily/weekly contact with salespeople.
- Answered telephone calls from potential customers who had been solicited through advertisements.
- Explained products or services and prices, and answered questions from customers.
- Good Communication Skills (Written and Spoken English)
- Good Software Knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
- Excellent Listening and Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Sales/ Analytical Skills
